Sultanans are a kind of grapes, with a colour that falls between white and pale green. This variety is also called Sultaninas. East End’s golden sultanas are dried grapes of this type. Golden sultanas cannot be confused with raisins, as the latter are more like dark coloured. Whereas, sultanas are pale yellow in colour. They are rich in dietary fibre.
